    • Brian Truong is a Vietnamese-American writer with work published in The Rumpus, Chicago Review of Books, Ecotone, and The Georgia Review, where he won the magazine’s 2023 Prose Prize. He has also received fellowships and support from Periplus, Yaddo, Ucross, Millay Arts, Tin House, and Bread Loaf. He is currently at work on a memoir and an essay collection.

    • In the past, Brian co-founded two venture-backed startups focused on empowering makers and artists; his products have reached millions of people. He graduated from Harvard with a Bachelor's in Human Evolutionary Biology and Computer Science, and was a recipient of the Thiel Fellowship.

    • He works by day as a Partner at Graph Ventures, where he supports early-stage founders. He makes ceramics and tends to his plants in his spare time.
